What do I get as a member of The Hopeless?

- 15% discount off most items at hopelessrecords.myshopify.com 
- Early access to certain limited vinyl and merchandise items
- Access to exclusive members only vinyl variants and merchandise
- Member only contests for rarities like test presses, merch/albums tickets.
- Members only T-shirt, pin and membership card (for annual members only) 

Do I have to live in the USA to be a member?

No, the membership is open to anyone worldwide. However, this program is run through our USA based hopelessrecords.myshopify.com store and any physical items ship from the USA. International members may see high shipping costs on physical items depending on location. 

How does billing work? 

Once you sign up you will be billed automatically monthly or annually, depending on the membership plan you have chosen, until you cancel. 

What do I do if I want to cancel my membership

You can cancel anytime at hopelessrecords.myshopify.com. After you cancel you will continue to enjoy your member benefits for the remainder of the month or year you paid for.

I’m a member but I am not seeing my discount?

Check to make sure you are signed in at Hopelessmerch.com with the account you signed up with. The discount is automatically applied if you are logged in. No discount code needed. If you are still not seeing lower pricing send us an email at Membership@hopelessrecords.com and we will get you taken care of.

What kind of early access to items do I get?

Members will have early access to purchase some limited items before the general public. It is not always possible for us to offer early access to every limited item, but it is our goal to give members the first crack at as much as possible.

What kind of members only items can I expect?

From time to time we will be rolling out vinyl variants, merch, and other special items that only our members can purchase. Due to the nature of these items there may be times where there are no special items available and other times there might be several available.

What is the difference between the 2 membership plans?

The benefits to the monthly and annual plan are the same, except the annual plan members also receive a member's only shirt, pin and member card.

I order Hopeless stuff from Merch Now, Impericon, ArtistFirst, directly from bands, etc. As a member do I get discounts at those stores?

Hopeless music and merchandise are sold buy many great partners, but at the moment, the members only pricing and exclusive items are only available via orders placed on hopelessrecords.myshopify.com.

I did not get my members only shirt/pin/card, what happened?

The members only shirt, pin and card only come with the annual plan. If you are a monthly member and want to transition to an annual plan send us an email to membership@hopelessrecords.com and we can help you out.

If you are an annual member, but have not received your package promptly after ordering please email membership@hopelessrecords.com and we will help you out.
